This was a community based project that I took upon myself in order to give back to the Chinese community, which I have been a member of for 19 years. I created a brand identity for the Western Province Chinese Basketball Community Club that was rolled out onto performance apparel, which included a home and away kit, as well as warm up apparel.
Throughout all my years of being a member of the Chinese Community, the basketball club had never had a clear brand identity, resulting in multiple variations of kits for all different age divisions. My goal for the club was to unify players and non-players within the community, therefore I set out to create a consolidated brand identity as well as performance apparel.
